When you have decided to attend an exhibition trade show you are looking for a return on your investment. It may be that you are just flag flying but for the majority of exhibitors you want to get a good return on your investment.
That return may be measured by how many leads, numbers of new contacts, direct sales at the show normally at consumer shows, “flag flying” is more difficult to quantify.
Key to grabbing attention is the right exhibition and display equipment. Choosing a exhibition stand contractor that you can trust to deliver this equipment is an important decision. Can you trust the company to specify the equipment that will best fit your needs? Can you trust them to deliver the display stands as have been specified? Can you trust the exhibition stand contractor to design your stand so that the key messages are communicated to your audience?
Perhaps it would be better to use your existing graphic design agency to brand the stand?
So specifying the right display stand or should it be an exhibition stand? 
Important questions to consider are is this a one off event or the first of many? This dictates whether to hire or purchase. Do you want to build yourself or have the contractor organise this? If building yourself the stand would be easier to transport if it is portable.
Does it need to be reconfigurable so that the display stand can be reconfigured to fit into different size stand spaces.
Attending trade shows and exhibitions is exciting and nerveracking, however it can be so fulfilling when you have planned your show requirements, gone through your due diligence and minimised the risk through good exhibition trade show planning.

Hydrafact uses Portable Displays for OTC
Hydrafact chose RedBlu Graphics earlier this year for the OTC exhibition in Houston, USA. Founded in 1969, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection.

New Reception Signage for Jabil from RedBlu Graphics
RedBlu Graphics completed the specification, design, manufacture and installation of the new corporate reception signage for Jabil, Livingston.
Tasked with ensuring the reception signage tied in with the global design guidelines we started by building a corporate blue stud wall to cover the original blockwork. Creating stainless steel letters, flush mounted with returns, these were attached onto the stud wall.
The job was completed with acrylic sign on the front of reception and some cut vinyl graphics.
Our client wrote:
